Great staff, very personable. Stellar service, very detail-oriented. For example, many shops must remember to do this after replugging the battery: re-add your customer's radio stations as they (the customer) had preset them when they dropped off the car. I have seen many shops overlook this, but not this one!

I’ve been using Motor Works since approximately June 2000. Everyone from the front-Sarah and Paul to the mechanics have been nothing but friendly, efficient, and professional. I always appreciate the personal touch, the attention to detail and the fact that I never have to bring my car back because the problem was not resolved. While I have a good mechanic where I currently live in Florida, I always try to bring my car back to Motor Works for an annual check-up. I highly recommend Motor Works!

Wonderful service as always! Sarah kept us informed and the car was ready early in the day. When we came to pick it up it was right out front. This team makes car maintenance and repairs stress free!

Best customer service in the DMV. The pricing is very reasonable and staff are very knowledgeable/attentive to the needs of the customer. Sara and Paul stayed after the shop was closed to pick me up from the metro station.

It was urgent maintenance (brakes) for a new customer and Ms. Pretl got me in and repaired in less than a week. HURAH!
