Hi folks The Motor-Works family have taken excellent care of my Toyota for many years. Now, at over 330,000 miles old it remains in fine driving shape. I believe their regular scheduled service accounts for this. They have provided my car with required timely checkups, while also providing me free loaners. When unexpected problems occurred they kept open late to receive my car, and even took my wife and I home. So yes, I am a fan of the high quality work on my car, and also of how easy they have made it to bring my car in.

Pre-purchase inspection was comprehensive and insightful. Identified issues with vehicle that may have been overlooked.

Friends continue to ask me why I drive over 30 miles in traffic to have my car serviced by Motor Works. But when I describe to them the fantastic customer service that MW provides and the amount of mileage they guarantee for my cars (over 300,000+) they quickly understand. I only trust MW to service my vehicles. They are the best!

They provide sound advice for any repairs needed. They are so good that anytime I think about procuring a new or used car, I aim to get one of the brands for which they provide service. My most recent service gives me comfort that a nearly 18 year old Camry Hybrid is safe enough for my child to drive back and forth to college over 8 hours away from home.

Great front staff. I like the fact that there has been an 'assigned' mechanic for my vehicle who shows up at the front desk to answer any questions when I am there to pick up my vehicle. That is classy! Thank you!
