I am one of many customers who have only good things to say about Motor Works. Customer service is the best Ive ever experienced, having utilized their free shuttle service and often used a free loaner. They are top notch in maintaining my 2001 Honda CR-V, always being proactive in assuring safety and reliability. Everyone who works there has become part of my family. Genuinely nice people. I recently moved out of state, and I bought a new CR-V, not because the old one was a goner, but I no longer have the safety net Motor Works has given me. I miss you guys!!!

As always, Motor Works sevice was A+! Office staff is super friendly, and my car is kept in tip top shape by their mechanics.

WOW awesome people. Sarah(hope I'm spelling your name right) was just delightful to talk to! The way she explain how the car works was amazing and easy to understand! I can't say enough how awesome Sarah is!

Paul and the Motor Works team performed a thorough Toyota Minor Service of our 2016 Prius, and replaced the front wiper blades and rear wiper insert which are now working perfectly. Our Prius is running like new, and we are delighted with the outstanding service of Paul and his team, and with the friendly and cheerful reception of Sara. Motor Works was able to identify the problem and fix it even though it is an older Honda. They gave me a loaner car for the interim. Great service and great expertise in determining an intermittent problem!

Great staff, very personable. Stellar service, very detail-oriented. For example, many shops must remember to do this after replugging the battery: re-add your customer's radio stations as they (the customer) had preset them when they dropped off the car. I have seen many shops overlook this, but not this one!
