Called about getting my key fob checked and some new wiper blades and they said just drop by. Which I did. Service was prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. And I also learned how to get to the battery in the key fob, which is in a case within the outer case and I was reluctant to open the inner case.

I've been a Motorworks customer for at least 30 years and never knew there were "wisdom credits" until I casually mentioned to Sara that I'm a recent retiree. Unfortunately my nearly $600 payment on 11/19/2019 had already been processed. I've been assured by Sara I'll get those past credits applied to charges for my next service, along with the wisdom credits earned during my next service. Thank you. Sharon

40+ years in the industry has taught us many things, one of which is that retirement is no small thing for anyone, and, since our clients are more family members than clients, we feel we'd be falling down on the job if we didn't acknowledge it for the milestone it is. As always, great and honest service. I had a dead battery because I left the interior light on. The AAA person who gave me a jump to start my car said I needed a new battery. Motor Works charged my current (no pun intended) battery, gave me an oil change, and checked some other minor items (e.g., wiper blades) and the charge was 1/2 what it would have cost me for a new battery from AAA.
