The customer service at Motor Works continues to be superior. It is always a pleasure to speak with Sarah and Paul. They always provide me answers to my questions and always do so in a kind and professional manner. My next email will be sent to Greg. I think both deserve significant raises. 😁

I was very happy with the knowledge and professionalism I experienced with all the folks at Motor Works. I now feel very confident that I can depend on this 17 year old car to go pretty much anywhere and not be concerned that I have to wait for triple-A to tow me home...it runs great! Customer since 1980. I will only buy a Honda cars because of Motor Works service. I cannot tell you anything about other shops because I only use Motor Works. The staff worry more about my auto and safety then I do. Give the one try, you will stay with them!!!!!!!! FIVE STARS

For months a noise from the rear half of our 2014 Toyota Highlander would come and go. We brought it to our regular highly-rated mechanic, who has served us extremely well for years. He did two lengthy test drives but it was a day the noise had taken off. He could not hear it so, not surprisingly, he did not find anything despite looking under the car for 30 minutes. I decided to look for another highly-rated mechanic, perhaps in a larger shop with more sophisticated equipment. That search led me to Motor-Works. I don't know if they actually have more sophisticated equipment than most other mechanics. But what I do know is that they have more extraordinary people in every part of their business than most other mechanics. More than most other businesses to tell you the truth. Motor-Works staff are incredibly talented and they really love what they do. The interest they take in you and your car is just astonishing. They were determined to find the noise in the Highlander. But the noise seemed to have a mind of its own and would not cooperate. It went into hiding during my first visit. So even though Motor-Works spent a couple of hours thoroughly evaluating the car and searching for the source of the noise, no luck. But they pleaded with me to bring it back anytime the noise reappeared. So that is what I did. And finally, a mechanic heard it. He determined two parts of the cars frame were supposed to be 3 or 4 inches apart from each other had become so close they sometime rubbed against each other, creating the mysterious noise. The determination of the Motor-Works staff was tremendous and way beyond what I've experienced with most others in the 30+ years I have owned cars. And though both our regular mechanic and the Motor-Works staff spent hours trying to find and stop the noise, neither one of them charged us for their work. We are going to find our way to give them both our business going forward. I am convinced if you have Motor-Works service your car, you'll never want to take it anywhere else too.

Very professional and courteous staff. Even during this public health crisis they've found a way to ensure their staff and customers are kept safe while they perform the requested services on their cars. I've been a customer for several years and trust M-W with taking care of my Hondas.

I've been using Motor Works for at least 30 years, and they have been a first-rate organization that I would recommend unconditionally. Their customer service is excellent and they consistently go above and beyond. Their technicians are very good at diagnosing problems quickly and accurately. I've never felt that I was overcharged or pushed to get work done that wasn't required. Also, I've never had to bring back a vehicle a second time for work that was performed. Keep up the great work, guys!

I have taken my Hondas and Subaru to Motorworks for years. I know when I drop my car off at Motorworks they are going to diagnose the problem and give me all the information I need to make an informed decision on price and service. Sara and Paul always make me feel as if I am the most important customer they have by providing phenomenal customer service.

Top notch Honda service facility. I first visited Motor Works after my dealer failed to fix a problem on my 1999 Odyssey after 5 visits. Motor Works solved the problem on the first visit! I have been servicing all of my Hondas there ever since. Staff is very friendly and professional. Most recent visit was on 1/12/2021 ... during routine maintenance, they discovered something that should have been covered under car's warranty. When a nearby dealer refused to do the work for free as per the car's warranty, MWI did it at no charge to me.
