I recently had a problem with my 2018 CRV. Multiple alarm lights appeared on my dashboard. It looked like the 4th of July as these alarms continued to blink off and on. I took my vehicle to Motor Works and they were able to clear the alarms. However, I was instructed by Sarah to contact my local Honda dealer if the alarms returned. She instructed me step by step on what to say to the Honda serviceman as she suspected that the work would be covered under an extended warranty. Well, she was absolutely correct. My vehicle needed a computer upgrade and it was in fact covered by an extended warranty. Many mechanics would have charged me to service my car again. But Motor Works has always provided me superior service. I have been a Motor Works customer for over 20 years. I will only purchase Honda vehicles because I trust Motor Works to perform the necessary maintenance on them. Their customer service is unmatched. Sarah and Paul will never steer you wrong.

This is the only place that I have taken my Honda since I bought it in 2007. I have always received good service. The employees are polite and friendly and cooperative about times and arrangements for appointments. As I have aged they have been cooperative about picking up the car and bring it home after service. I would recommend them to any one.

The latest service on my car was a simple oil change but in the past Motorworks has performed a number of specific jobs, including replacing my Honda Accord's timing belt and brakes. Every job was professionally done, reasonably priced and finished when promised.
