I’m fairly new to the Motorworks family. It’s been a long time since I’ve walked into an auto shop and have not felt like a battle is brewing. Being female has always added extra spice to getting anything repaired. Every time I’ve needed to bring my car in, it’s always been a wonderful all point experience. Everything from getting a full maintenance report. When I say report, they check everything and attach photos. There is a comment if a part looks questionable. It’s put into the report. To, my battery kept dying through the pandemic. I had to have my poor little Prius flatbed towed into the shop. She was at the shop for 2 days running tests and diagnostics. They couldn’t find a thing wrong, but explained to me that it might be the defect of the trunk closure sensor, because they’ve seen this before. All in all, MotorWorks has in spades what other companies are continually failing at; honest reliability and customer service and support.
